Big Idea
“Salvation is God’s action, not ours”
Key Notes
Salvation is deliverance from guilt and sin in our lives.
Grace is an act of mercy, a special favor that is not earned or deserved.
This FREE gift is receivedd by true repentance and faith in Jesus as Messiah.
Scripture
Ephesians 6:12 – spiritual enemies vs. physical enemies- discussion
Ephesians 6: 13-17 each person read a verse. Asked them to note the pieces of God’s armour and jot them down on their notes page. Tied it back to “protection” from the spiritual enemies. (truth, peace, righteousness, faith, and salvation)

Closing Blessing…
asked them each to put the verse on index card to take home. (“The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear?” -Psalm 27:1). Got in a circle and went around asking each person to say the verse, while making the sign of the cross on the forehead of their neighbor. Closed in prayer.
